Roached

A thing that I have a paralyzing fear of are bugs that are bigger than a lady bug and aren't a butterfly. If I even see a cicada, I go ape-shit-banana-monkeys and refuse to go outside until it flies away. Also, I just don't like bugs in general. Too many legs, eyes, and whatnot.
So guess what we have to be testing in Bio for about 2 f*cking weeks?

F*CKING MADAGASCAR HISSING COCKROACHES!!!!! SON OF A BITCH!!!!!

For this experiment, we have to:
  1. Pick up the little assholes!
  2. Perform an uninspired experiment on them!
  3. Then we have to write an entire freaking paper about them!
I don't know which I'm dreading more. In order to experiment with them, you absolutely have to pick them up. I'm seriously hoping I get paired with a person who isn't afraid to touch these things, because I will probably do anything to get out of it. Too many legs...
But this is still gonna suck. Because we have to write a huge-ass lab report on them. Which requires research. Which I hate.

Also, at my school, we have 2 classes that you absolutely have to take 5 days of your week. They take up your breaks if you don't have them on a day (my school has multiple breaks throughout the day, usually about one to two, but they can be taken up by classes).
So one of these is a first year language.
Okay, understandable.
The other is the first year of science that everyone has to take: a.k.a., Biology.
Now, I can kind of see where this makes sense. It's kind of related to math, which is what we should be having everyday. And don't get me wrong, I despise math too.
But we don't have to touch cockroaches in Alg. 2. And it doesn't take up 3 of my breaks. AND THERE ARE NO BUGS OR LAB REPORTS INVOLVED.
ARGHHH....

Sorry for being super whiny and ranty. I just needed to (kind of) scream at the thought of touching *shudders* cockroaches.
