Finals

Well damn. I haven't posted on this in awhile...
And it's finals week at my school. This is both good and bad, but mostly good, because we get out - wait for it - the 16th. I am going to be out of school ages before my brother and sister.
Am I going to rub it in their faces?
Why yes, yes I am.
But of course, it's still finals, and this is somewhat a good thing. My school is weird, yet awesome. There's three days of finals, and during those three days, it's open campus. You're required to be there for your final of course, but if it's just down time, you can leave. There are multiple restaurants by my school, and if I wasn't unfortunate enough to be totally and completely broke, I would be taking advantage of this. And I would be fat.
What's bad about finals is that it's goddamn stressful. Basically the entire school is a quiet zone, and it's so quiet and it's weird. That just adds to the whole feeling of doom lingering over the school. I'm taking three honors classes, and with math, I have to get over an eighty on the final, or I have to drop the class and double up next year. The whole point of me taking Alg II was that I didn't have to double up. And then there's English, where I'm teetering on the verge of a B and an A.
But the good news is that I had my algebra final today, and it wasn't that bad actually. So I won't be grounded for the next six months. Hooray! I'm taking English tommorow, so if anyone's reading this, pray for me, or wish me luck or whatever. I need it...
On to break.
The good thing about Christmas break is that it's a break. I can do whatever the hell I want, within reason. This includes playing Skyward Sword, which is fantastic for your information. I haven't had very much time to play it lately due to swimming, which is what makes the break kind of suck.
See, swimming doesn't get a break for Christmas, because swimming has no soul and deserves to die in a hole.
Whoa, that rhymed. Poet and I didn't even know it.
But anyway, besides about three days around Christmas, there's no break from swimming. And it gets worse. The two weeks we have over Christmas pretty much suck ass, with two practices a day and the whole thing being even worse than Hell Week (Hell Week is the first or second week of the season, and it's where the coaches see who's in shape, and then they laugh at the people who are out of shape as they drag their sore bodies to the locker room). And guess who's mother is making her go to every single practice possible?
Yeah. My mom's a bitch when it comes to swimming.
I'm sincerely hoping that my mom gets so caught up in the Spirit of Christmas and forgets to take me to practice. This is what's happened the past couple of years, when my mom says I'm going to practice three times a week over break, and she either forgets or just is too lazy to take me. I care what her excuse is. I just don't wanna go.
